Star Rolls is our Roll Your Own (RYO) Manufacturing Division, specializing in rolling paper in booklet format. As a fully integrated unit, we handle everything from mother rolls (also known as master bobbins) received from the paper mill to delivering custom-branded rolling paper booklets directly to customers.
The Manufacturing Process is
Fully Automated to Ensure Consistency and Efficiency:
Watermarking
Using our own watermarking machine, we create custom watermarks on the paper, applying heat and pressure to achieve the desired result.
Gumming
After watermarking, we apply 100% natural Arabic gum (also known as acacia gum) to the paper for a premium finish.
Slitting and Rewinding
Once the gum is applied, the paper is slit and rewound onto bobbins, ready for the next step in production.
Interleaving
Our multi-bobbin interleaving machine automates the process of stacking and bundling the paper into uniform stacks, ready for packaging.
Booklet Packing
The final step is packing, where the interleaved paper is automatically packed into booklet format.

PreRollConesFactory.com – Pre-Roll Cone Manufacturing Division
PreRollConesFactory.com specializes in the bulk production of high-quality pre-roll cones. Our fully automated process ensures precise and efficient manufacturing of cones that meet the needs of businesses looking to convert flower into pre-rolled products.
The manufacturing process follows the same steps as Star Rolls, including watermarking, gumming,
slitting, and rewinding, but with specialized equipment for cone production:

Trapezoid-Shaped Paper
Using the same bobbins, we cut trapezoid-shaped paper that is perfect for cone production.

Filter Tip & Rolling
We then cut a filter tip and roll the trapezoid-shaped paper around it, creating a conical-shaped cone with a straight gum line.

100% Automated Production
The entire process, from cutting the paper to rolling the cone, is fully automated to ensure consistency and high-quality output.

Bulk Packaging
Once the cones are manufactured, they are packed into thousand-count towers (1,000 cones per tower), with six towers per shipping case.
BudPouch.com – Flexible Packaging Division
BudPouch.com is our division specializing in flexible packaging solutions, also known as Mylar bags. We provide high-quality, customizable packaging that meets the needs of businesses looking to package consumable products like flower or other goods.
The process of creating Mylar bags involves several steps:
Lithographic Printing
Using a lithographic press, we print on the outer layer of the bag. The outer layer is typically made of PET or MOPP, ensuring durability and quality printing.
Digital Printing
To keep costs low and offer flexibility for our clients, we use the HP Indigo 10,000 press for digital printing. This allows us to print on the outer layer without the need for screens, reducing setup costs and enabling low minimum orders starting at just 1,000 bags.
Bag Customization
We can create bags in a wide range of shapes and sizes, with options for single seal, double seal, or tri-seal, and the choice to add a gusset to the bag for extra capacity. Additionally, we offer the option to incorporate a child-resistant zip or child-resistant tuck, which has been ASTM certified to meet safety standards for customers distributing in states that require child-resistant packaging. We also have the ability to make bags from various thicknesses, with 130 micron being the most common used thickness in the flower market.
Layer Bonding
First layer: PET or MOPP.
Second layer: A reflective layer made of either aluminum or VMPET.
Inner layer: PE (Polyethylene), which is crucial for safely containing
consumable products like flower.

Bluntcraft is our division dedicated to creating HHL wraps (Harmonized Hemp Leaf wraps) with a 100% natural alternative to traditional wraps on the market. We’ve invested in building our own in-house machine to produce these wraps, giving us full control over the process and ensuring the highest level of quality.
While the exact contents of the wraps remain a trade secret, we pride ourselves on offering a natural and innovative solution that’s free from nicotine and other unwanted additives. Once the wraps are created, we can customize them by cutting them into various sizes and shapes, tailored to the specific needs of our customers.
The assembly process from wrap to bag is carried out on our fully automated bag assembly line, which was 100% created in-house by our technology division. This gives us unparalleled flexibility and control over the production process, ensuring efficiency and precision.
After the wraps are made, we utilize pouches manufactured by BudPouch to package them into Mylar bags or cones, which is part of our PreRollConesFactory division. This allows us to offer a fully flexible solution for customers, ensuring the wraps are ready for retail or pre-roll production in the exact format they require.
